No. Villa Bit AI created the EST8ADS brand and integrated its core workflow directly into the Villa Bit AI Server as one of the platform’s own agency features.

No. Traditional portals mainly show individual listings. Villa Bit AI analyzes the relationships and dependencies between properties, buyers, sellers, financing, timing, verification, and transaction conditions.

What do private and one-time users pay?
A private or one-time external user who is not a Villa Bit AI Server subscriber pays $12 to publish one property move request for 30 days. The fee covers publication and AI server usage. It does not purchase or guarantee a buyer, seller, match, or completed sale.
Does Villa Bit AI or EST8ADS take a percentage of the sale?
No. The core EST8ADS publication and AI system do not charge a percentage commission on the property sale. Any brokerage or professional fee is governed by the separate agreement with the relevant licensed or authorized provider.
Do agencies have to share commissions or clients?
No. Each agency can keep its own client, representation, communication, agreement, and compensation arrangement. Any cooperation or referral agreement is handled separately.
Does AI Internet Discovery automatically connect every online listing?
No. Results are normalized, deduplicated, checked for freshness and data confidence, and scored for compatibility. Strong candidates may be connected according to configured thresholds, while lower-confidence results remain for admin or agency review.
